DHH Accommodations

David and Donna welcome you to their homes, most of which are dog-friendly.  Concentrated within the Gosport peninsula and surrounding areas, we offer quality, affordable accommodation to suit most needs. 

We discount very long stays eg for work or repairs etc,  and also welcome short stays from 2 days, to much longer for holidays or visiting family or events. Whatever your purpose, it is OK with us - apart from throwing parties!  Get in contact to discuss special needs or negotiate committed long stays.

Base pricing for short-term stays is a complex daily calculation based on many variables of seasonality, events, occupancy, size of property etc.  We use automated systems to keep pricing competitive, while being aware of the holidays and special events etc.  However, you can benefit from the following:

• We pass on to you the fees that sites such as AirBnB would charge us.
• We also discount 7 days or more
• A month or more booking benefits from a further discount
• For multiple-month commitments, we can negotiate pricing, provide assurance of availability/removing uncertainty, smooth out seasonality, and discuss your needs in detail, including bespoke payment terms and multiple property deals.
• You can also find our properties on the booking sites AirBnB and booking.com, but if you book here, you will benefit from even lower pricing as we will not have to pay the fees the marketing companies charge us.
